If anyone in the fandom says that they have never
heard of MsKathy, then they obviously never read any
author's notes. I was well aware of MsKathy's
presence long before I ever talked to her myself.
It is hard to read a story big or small that doesn't
mention her as a beta, or at least an adviser of some
sort. Her "Red Pen of Doom"s might is known far and wide.

My personal journey with MsKathy started with a simple request on her
part on Twitter saying that she was seeking out a list of euphemisms.
I had never talked to MsK directly before, but I had just compiled a
list recently, so I sent her a PM with the list. From there, we
started chatting via various electronic avenues, and am now happy to
have her as a friend.

On the outside, MsK displays a tiger's ferocity when defending herself
and those she cares for. She is a very passionate person, and I admire
her energy. Though under this exterior, you find a soft candy center
when it comes to her daughter, especially. She is someone who you
know will fight for you, yet at the same time, you feel a need to
protect. It is this yin and yang that keeps me coming back for more.

I am a huge fangirl, MsK, not because I fell in love with your
stories, but because I fell in love with the beautiful person you are.
